Camp Aquino, Tarlac City – Major Rosendo Armas, spokesperson of the Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) categorically stated that US forces that formed part of Balikatan Exercise 2010 in Northern Luzon particularly in Ilocos Sur are not involved in combat operations. |
